How much is shipping?

Every order over $300 will receive Free Express Shipping no matter where you live in USA. Orders under $300 are charged a flat rate of $9.00 for standard delivery, $10 for Express Delivery, and $30 for international delivery. All deliveries come with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order.

We will resend any lost parcel

 Please do well to contact us if you don’t receive your parcel within 5 working days and 7 working days for the rest of the world and we will see into this. Please include your order ID and your tracking number in your message to us.

How long does delivery take?

We offer Express Shipping takes 24 hours, and standard delivery which generally takes between 1-3 business days. Those in rural areas may need to wait longer. You’ll receive a Tracking Number to give you information on when to expect your order.

Returns & Replacements

 In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product or product doesn’t meet your expectation. Simply notify us so that we can arrange for an exchange. We will process this as soon as we receive and check the incorrect product. Due to the nature of the business, Once your order leaves our facility you will not qualify for any refund or return, so please bear in mind that all sales are FINAL.
